Keynote Speakers
Professor Patraporn Bhatarasakoon
Patraporn Bhatarasakoon (Tungpunkom) is a Professor of Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing at the Faculty of Nursing, Chiang Mai University, and Director of the Thailand Centre for Evidence-Based Health Care, a JBI collaborating centre. She is a global JBI trainer in systematic reviews, evidence implementation, and GRADE guideline development.
Patraporn holds a Bachelor of Nursing (Honours) from Burapha University, a Master’s in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin, and a PhD in Nursing from the University of California, San Francisco. She also completed postdoctoral training in child and adolescent mental health and PhD student mentoring at King’s College London. Her research focuses on chronic mental illness, child and adolescent mental health, clinical guidelines, and systematic reviews, with a particular interest in supporting caregivers and promoting wellness-based relapse prevention. She also supervises postgraduate students in primary research, innovation, and evidence implementation to strengthen best practice in clinical settings.
Director of the Thailand Centre for Evidence Based Health Care: a JBI Excellence CenterProfessor Caroline Homer AO
Professor Caroline Homer AO is the leading midwifery researcher in Australia and has an international reputation as a scholar and leader in maternal and newborn health care and service delivery. She obtained her PhD in 2001 and since then has led research and development projects in Australia and internationally especially in relation to health services delivery, reproductive, maternal and newborn care, human resources for health workforce development and midwifery education. She has more than 30 years of experience in the sector ‐ as a clinician, educator, researcher and leader.

Sally Green is Co-Director of the Cochrane Australia and a Professorial Fellow in the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at Monash University. She holds a PhD in Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine from Monash University in addition to her clinical qualifications in Physiotherapy.
Sally is an active Cochrane reviewer and has several competitively funded research projects which aim to improve health outcomes by investigating the most effective and efficient pathway of knowledge from research result to sustained change in clinical practice and policy. Professor Green is a member of the NHMRC's Synthesis and Translation of Research (STORE) Committee.
